Payment is to be made to the driver upon completion of the job. Payments can be made Via Cash, MasterCard or Visa. We do not accept cheques or invoice customers for delayed payment.
130pm time-slots are an estimated arrival time only. When booking this slot you are agreeing to be flexible with the arrival time of the team on the day. We will attempt to keep you well informed during the day about our arrival time. Most afternoon bookings will start between 12pm - 230pm.

To receive our free box offer you must order your boxes online at https://menthatmove.com/orderboxes. It is the customers responsibility to order their own boxes through the online portal. Each removal service has a maximum amount of boxes that are free, additional boxes to this will be chargeable. You receive a TOTAL of 14 days free of charge, boxes rented for longer are chargeable. The free box offer is subject to availability, boxes must be booked immediately after the removal booking and at least 7 days in advance of box delivery date.
